Ukraine has urged the European Union to expand military assistance, joint defense production and sanctions against Russia, arguing that support for Kyiv is also an investment in Europe’s security and defense industry. The issues were discussed during a meeting in Kyiv between Ihor Zhovkva, deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, and a delegation from the European External Action Service led by Deputy Secretary General David Cvach.
