A 24-year-old Carina Heights man has been charged with 36 offences following alleged property crimes across the Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane areas, Queensland Police said. He was arrested at a Bellbird Park address on September 16 while officers were attending another matter. Police allege the offences occurred between August 28 and September 12 in suburbs including Stretton, Jimboomba, Boyland, Tallai, Camp Hill, East Brisbane and Bundall. The alleged incidents include a break-in at a home in Brooks Street, Camp Hill, where entry was allegedly forced through the front door. The charges include seven counts each of burglary and entering premises to commit an indictable offence, six counts of stealing, four counts of unauthorised use of a motor vehicle, and one count each of wilful damage, trespass and possessing a firearm. The man was due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on September 17. Investigations are continuing, and police are seeking information connected to the alleged offences.
