Three people have been charged after police allege a stolen vehicle was involved in multiple incidents and a dangerous pursuit across Brisbane on October 30.

Police said a man and woman allegedly entered a home in Kuraby about 3:15 p.m. and threatened a female resident with a knife while attempting to steal a vehicle. The same offenders are also alleged to have been involved in an attempted armed robbery in Sunnybank Hills. In both incidents, they allegedly fled in a black Haval H6 reported stolen from a car wash in Goodna on October 28.

The vehicle was located in Waterford about 5 p.m., prompting POLAIR officers to begin tracking it. Police allege it was driven dangerously through Forest Lake, Sumner Park, Corinda and Indooroopilly before a tyre-deflation device was deployed in Milton at about 6:13 p.m. The vehicle stopped on Gailey Road in St Lucia approximately seven minutes later, and two women and a man were taken into custody.

A 26-year-old Morningside woman and a 22-year-old Kingston woman face multiple charges, including robbery, entering a dwelling and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. A 24-year-old Forest Lake man faces 12 charges, including robbery, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. All three were due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on October 31.

Queensland Police are seeking witnesses, including anyone with relevant dashcam footage. Information can be provided to Policelink or anonymously to Crime Stoppers, quoting reference QP2602144542.
