Hyundai Motor Company and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) have launched a five-year initiative in Ghana to train automotive technicians and strengthen the country’s workforce development system. The Hyundai-KOICA NextGen project will be funded through KOICA’s Inclusive Business Solution program, which combines corporate resources with official development assistance. Hyundai Motor and KOICA will jointly contribute KRW 5 billion on a matching basis. The partnership is expected to support 405 teachers and students through curriculum development and the establishment of two new education centers.
