Samsung Unveils Milano Cortina Team

Samsung Electronics has announced a 70-athlete Team Samsung Galaxy roster representing 17 countries ahead of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The lineup includes competitors from nine disciplines, including skiing, snowboarding, speed skating, figure skating, bobsleigh and cross-country skiing.

The roster features Olympic and world champions such as snowboarder Anna Gasser of Austria, figure skaters Alysa Liu and Ilia Malinin of the United States, freestyle skier Alex Hall, short-track speed skater Choi Minjeong of South Korea and freestyle skier Zoe Atkin of the United Kingdom. Paralympic athletes include French para-alpine skier Arthur Bauchet and American para-snowboarder Mike Schultz.

Samsung said the athletes will share their experiences on the way to the Games as part of its “Open always wins” campaign. The company said the campaign will focus on athletes’ personal journeys, creativity and resilience, as well as the role of technology in connecting competitors, fans and communities.

Samsung has been a Worldwide Olympic Partner since the 1998 Winter Games in Nagano and has supported the Paralympic Movement since the 2006 Winter Games in Turin. Its Olympic and Paralympic partnerships are currently set to continue through the Los Angeles 2028 Games.
