A 28-year-old woman has died following a two-vehicle collision in Westbrook, Queensland, on the morning of September 13. The crash occurred on Toowoomba Millmerran Road at about 6:06 a.m. Queensland Police said a black Mazda B2500 collided head-on with a black Nissan Navara. The Mazda driver and sole occupant, a woman from Southbrook, was declared dead at the scene. The 22-year-old Pittsworth man driving the Nissan, which was also carrying no passengers, was taken to Toowoomba Base Hospital with minor injuries. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
