A fatal traffic incident occurred on the evening of April 25 in Aspley, resulting in the death of a 75-year-old man from Carseldine. The Queensland Police Service’s Forensic Crash Unit is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

According to the initial reports, emergency services were dispatched to Gympie Road around 7:11 PM after a Nissan Pulsar sedan veered off the road and collided with a power pole. The driver sustained critical injuries and, despite immediate medical response at the scene, was pronounced dead shortly after.
