President Zelenskyy reported that Ukraine’s military has recorded over one million Russian casualties, as the conflict with Russia persists. He stressed that Russia remains unfazed by most actions except for severe sanctions targeting its oil and banking sectors, political isolation, and Ukraine’s resilient defense efforts. Furthering Ukraine’s defense capabilities, Zelenskyy announced an agreement with Germany on additional investments in Ukraine’s defense production. This agreement followed a meeting with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius in Kyiv, marking Pistorius’s fifth visit to the country.
