Samsung Electronics is showcasing its “Design Is an Act of Love” exhibition at Seoul Design Week 2026, featuring 14 artworks inspired by the company’s products. The exhibition runs from Oct. 15 to 25 at Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul, South Korea. Developed with POLI.design and emerging Italian artists, the exhibition builds on Samsung’s presentation at Design Miami Seoul in September. The works reinterpret products across Samsung’s mobile, home appliance and television lines, including the Galaxy Z Fold8, Bespoke AI Family Hub and Music Studio 5. The artists used their individual experiences and imagination to explore new forms of expression, with artificial intelligence serving as a tool during the creative process. The participating artists include Tommy Tokyo, whose work draws on the Infinite AI air purifier, and Caffè Design, which took inspiration from the distinctive silhouette of The Serif television. Each artwork is displayed on a Samsung OLED TV, model S95H, fitted with a custom frame designed to complement its colors and mood. Samsung said the exhibition reflects its design vision of creating technology that responds to individual perspectives and becomes a more personal part of everyday life.
