Police in Queensland have charged three individuals with multiple drug and weapons offenses following raids in Murgon and Cherbourg. The operations, conducted on July 14, targeted illegal drug distribution networks.

During the search at a residence on Lamb Street in Murgon, authorities seized approximately 13 grams of methylamphetamine, along with smaller amounts of cocaine and cannabis. Additionally, drug paraphernalia, unlawfully possessed controlled medicines, and knuckledusters were found. A 33-year-old Murgon man faces 15 charges, including possession and supply of dangerous drugs and possession of a category M weapon. A 28-year-old woman from Murgon was similarly charged with nine offenses.

Both individuals are scheduled to appear before the Murgon Magistrates Court on August 11.

In a separate operation in Cherbourg, police executed a search warrant at a Marshall Street residence, resulting in the arrest of a 45-year-old man. He faces charges for supplying and possessing dangerous drugs among other related offenses and will also appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on the same date.
