NVIDIA says its global PC app ecosystem is ready for RTX Spark, a new computing platform designed to combine gaming, creative production and artificial intelligence capabilities in a single system.

The company describes RTX Spark as a personal AI supercomputer built around NVIDIA’s RTX technology. The platform is expected to offer up to 128GB of unified memory and 1 petaflop of AI computing performance.

NVIDIA said the ecosystem will be supported by software updates and applications tailored for local AI workloads on personal computers. The company presented the development as a broader expansion of AI capabilities beyond data centers and into consumer and professional PC environments.
