Samsung has introduced a new “Warranty and care” menu in One UI 9 to centralize device support features for users of its latest Galaxy Z foldables. The tool allows customers to review warranty coverage, run diagnostics, request repairs and access support directly through the Settings app. The feature is available on the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8. Users can view warranty details for their current device and other Galaxy products linked to their Samsung account, including Galaxy Watches, Buds and tablets. The menu also provides information about eligibility for Samsung Care+ coverage. Warranty and care includes diagnostics for functions such as battery health, charging, sensors, touch response and connectivity. Users can also ask Bixby for troubleshooting guidance without leaving the menu. When repairs are required, customers can request service through Samsung-authorized centers or begin remote support. The menu may also show estimated costs for repairs to major components and compare them with prices available under Samsung Care+. Feature availability, warranty information and repair estimates may vary by region, device and language. Post navigation Indonesia Opens University AI Center Samsung Highlights Six Ice Types
