The Queensland Police Service is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash in Tablelands that left a man dead. The crash occurred on the Kennedy Highway at Gunnawarra in the early hours of July 13. Emergency services were called to the area at about 2:50 a.m., where they found the man critically injured. He was taken to hospital but died from his injuries on July 16. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash. Police are appealing for anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward.
