On Thursday, February 5, 2026, NASA astronaut Chris Williams will engage in a live Earth-to-space call with students from Pennsylvania. The event, organized by the Da Vinci Science Center in Allentown, will feature Williams answering pre-recorded questions from students on various STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) topics.

Scheduled for 12:20 p.m. EST, the call will be streamed live on NASA’s Learn With NASA YouTube channel. This educational event is designed to deepen students’ understanding of space exploration and to inspire them towards careers in STEM fields. Students from kindergarten through grade 12, as well as community members, are invited to participate in this unique learning experience.

NASA’s continuous presence in space for over 25 years at the International Space Station has facilitated various technological tests, scientific research, and skill development necessary for deeper space exploration. The upcoming interaction is part of NASA’s broader efforts, including the Artemis campaign, aimed at preparing astronauts for future expeditions to the Moon and Mars. This initiative not only advances space exploration but also promises to inspire a new Golden Age of innovation and global discovery.
