The Barcelona Supercomputing Center’s AI Factory Accelerator Programme is supporting Spain-based startups with access to sovereign computing resources, technical assistance and training, according to NVIDIA. The initiative aims to advance innovation across multiple industries and is now fully operational following a pilot phase.

The programme provides participating companies with infrastructure and expertise to develop artificial intelligence applications while strengthening regional technology capabilities. Its focus includes helping startups scale projects that require significant computing power and specialized technical support.

Several participating companies are also members of NVIDIA Inception, a program for startups developing advanced technologies. The collaboration gives those firms access to additional resources as they build and expand their products.

The accelerator is part of broader efforts to promote Europe-based AI development and provide companies with access to locally managed computing infrastructure.
