Queensland Police are seeking public assistance to identify a man investigators believe may be able to assist with an indecent act reported at Kershaw Gardens in Rockhampton on September 2. Police said a 61-year-old woman was walking her dogs near the leash-free dog park at the Charles Street entrance at about 5:30 p.m. when a man approached her, exposed himself and committed an indecent act. The woman was not physically touched or injured. The man was described as Caucasian, about 30 years old, with long, wavy dark hair and patchy stubble. He was reportedly wearing worn or faded light-blue jeans and a blue-grey T-shirt with cuffs.
