Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ihor Brusylо, recently engaged in a video call with Cynthia Termorshuizen, Canada’s Deputy Minister for the G7 Summit, to discuss the coordination of positions between the two countries ahead of the upcoming G7 Summit. Scheduled to take place in Kananaskis, Canada, on June 15–17, the discussion focused on outlining an action plan, joint events involving the President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister of Canada, as well as Ukraine’s key priorities within the G7 Summit framework. Brusylо expressed gratitude to Canada for extending the invitation to participate, highlighting it as a testament to Canada’s steadfast support and the strategic importance of the bilateral relations between the two nations. Strengthening Ukraine–Canada relations and expanding bilateral cooperation were also key points of the conversation.
