Queensland Police are currently investigating a daring daylight armed robbery that took place at a Stones Corner convenience store on the afternoon of June 5. According to initial reports, two individuals, their identities obscured by motorcycle helmets and face coverings, stormed into the store on Logan Road. Witnesses say that one of the suspects brandished a firearm, using it to threaten the store staff while demanding cash. The duo reportedly fled the scene with a sum of cash and various merchandise, escaping on a yellow Suzuki motorcycle that had been previously reported stolen from Anne Street in Brisbane City on May 28. Fortunately, no physical injuries were reported following the incident. However, the police are intensifying their efforts to track down the suspects. They are calling on members of the public who might have witnessed the robbery or have any relevant CCTV, dashcam, or mobile phone footage from the areas around Brisbane City or Stones Corner to come forward. The Queensland Police have provided several avenues for the public to submit information. Reports can be made anonymously via Crime Stoppers or through the Policelink service. The investigation is ongoing, and any assistance from the public could prove crucial in apprehending the suspects and preventing further incidents. Post navigation Island Assault Leads to Arrest
