Ukraine’s Firm Stance in Security Talks

At the Kyiv Security Forum held on April 23, 2026, Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, delved into the ongoing peace negotiations, advancements in drone technology, and the strategic implications of Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil facilities.
