A 71-year-old woman died after a motorcycle and car collided on the Centenary Highway at Greenbank on September 25, Queensland police said. Emergency services were called to the crash at about 1:35 p.m. The woman, from Redbank Plains, was riding a black Honda CMX500A and sustained critical injuries. She died at the scene. The Mitsubishi Outlander involved in the crash was driven by a 41-year-old Redbank Plains woman and carried two passengers, aged 20 and 14. None of them was injured. The Queensland Police Service Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances. Witnesses, including anyone with relevant dashcam footage, are urged to contact Policelink or Crime Stoppers.
