A 17-year-old boy has died after being struck by a car on the Cunningham Highway at Clumber in Queensland’s Scenic Rim on August 28. Police said emergency services were called to the crash at about 6:20 p.m. The Broadbeach teenager was treated at the scene but was pronounced dead a short time later. The 48-year-old woman driving the white Toyota Yaris was not physically injured. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the collision and has appealed for witnesses or anyone with relevant footage to contact police, quoting reference number QP2601684149.
