Samsung Electronics will showcase its gaming ecosystem across PCs, consoles and mobile devices at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, from Aug. 26 to 30. The company plans to occupy a 1,090-square-meter exhibition space featuring gaming monitors, televisions, mobile devices, solid-state drives and headsets under its “#PlaySamsung” theme. The exhibition will be divided into four zones: Odyssey, Galaxy, Gaming Hub and T1. Samsung will present its 2027 Odyssey gaming monitor lineup, including the 6K Odyssey G8, the 4K 240Hz Odyssey OLED G8 and the glasses-free 3D Odyssey monitor. Visitors will also be able to test games including “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4,” “Crimson Desert” and “Cyberpunk 2077.” The Galaxy Zone will highlight mobile gaming products such as the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy S26 Ultra and Galaxy Buds4 Pro. Samsung said selected Galaxy devices will feature Neural Frame Fusion, an artificial-intelligence technology designed to generate pixels and frames in real time to improve graphics performance and power efficiency. The Gaming Hub Zone will demonstrate cloud gaming on compatible Samsung televisions and monitors without requiring a separate console. Samsung is also partnering with esports organization T1, allowing visitors to try equipment associated with “Faker,” the team’s League of Legends player. Events will include influencer matches, product demonstrations and the World Finals of the #PlayGalaxy Cup in PUBG Mobile on Aug. 27-28. Samsung said it will unveil its full 2027 Odyssey monitor lineup and new portable SSD products on Aug. 27, with related promotions planned across 22 markets.
