A 52-year-old man was injured when his vehicle crashed into a tree at Eagle Farm, Brisbane, on the morning of August 23, Queensland Police said. The man, from Jindalee, was transported to Royal Brisbane Hospital in stable condition. Police and emergency services were called to Kingsford Smith Drive shortly after 8 a.m. following reports of a single-vehicle crash. Initial investigations indicate the gold Holden Monaro left the roadway before colliding with the tree. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
