A 19-year-old woman has died following a single-vehicle crash in Machine Creek, near Gladstone, Queensland, on the night of August 1. Emergency services were called to Mount Larcom Bracewell Road at about 10:07 p.m. The woman, from Kirkwood, was critically injured when the Mitsubishi Triton she was travelling in crashed and died at the scene. The 23-year-old driver, from Machine Creek, and another passenger, a 20-year-old woman from Mount Larcom, sustained minor injuries. Queensland Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
