Kwon is described as an artificial intelligence expert in autonomous driving with experience at global technology companies, including NVIDIA. In his new role, he will oversee the group’s autonomous driving development efforts. Hyundai said Kwon will lead the work across the full development process, from initial concept through commercialization.
