Police in Cleveland, Queensland have charged a 51-year-old man with multiple drug-related offenses following a raid at his residence last week. The operation, conducted on June 5, unveiled a substantial illicit cannabis operation.

During the search, law enforcement officers discovered a portable enclosure in the backyard containing 17 cannabis plants. Additionally, several bags of packaged cannabis were found in a bedroom within the house. The charges against the man include producing and possessing dangerous drugs, possessing items used in the commission of a crime, and possessing drug utensils or pipes.

The accused has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court on July 7.
