A fatal traffic incident in Bancroft, Queensland has claimed the life of a young man and left another seriously injured. The accident occurred late Friday night on the 27th of May, involving a dramatic single-vehicle crash. A Toyota Landcruiser, driven by a 22-year-old man from Bancroft, veered off the road near Savilles Road intersection. Tragically, a 20-year-old male passenger succumbed to his injuries shortly after the accident. The driver sustained serious injuries and was promptly taken to Monto Hospital for treatment.
