A 29-year-old woman has died after a serious single-vehicle crash in Sarina, Queensland, on May 13. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the incident.

Police and emergency services were called at about 6:15 p.m. after a Toyota Hilux lost control and crashed near an address on Sarina Homebush Road.

The 25-year-old male driver suffered minor injuries, while the female passenger sustained life-threatening head injuries. Both were taken to Mackay Base Hospital, where the woman later died.
