Police are currently investigating a daring break and enter incident that occurred early this morning in Brisbane City. At approximately 3:08 am, authorities were alerted to a robbery at a business on Edward Street, where a stolen Mercedes SUV was used to crash into the storefront. Following the crash, three unidentified suspects were reported to have transferred various items from the damaged store into a second vehicle. Subsequently, the culprits fled the scene in a third vehicle, leaving the stolen Mercedes behind. The abandoned vehicle is now under forensic examination to gather any potential evidence. The SUV involved in the incident was reported stolen from a residence in Coorparoo on April 1. The Queensland Police Service is urging anyone who might have witnessed the incident or has relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward.
