Ukraine, the United States and members of the Coalition of the Willing have agreed in Paris to pursue legally and politically binding security guarantees for Kyiv as part of any future peace settlement. The commitments would take effect after a ceasefire and would be implemented in accordance with each participant’s legal and constitutional requirements.
