A man has died in hospital weeks after a single-vehicle crash at Cornubia, south of Brisbane, Queensland Police said. The crash occurred on September 23, and the 80-year-old driver died from his injuries on October 19. Initial investigations indicate the man was driving a silver Toyota Camry when he lost control at about 12:50 p.m. The vehicle crashed into a ditch, and the sole occupant was taken to hospital in a stable condition. The Forensic Crash Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash. Police are seeking witnesses and anyone with relevant dashcam footage from the area at the time of the incident.
