A man has been charged after police allege a vehicle was driven at speed onto a sports field in Wynnum, Brisbane, on September 24. Queensland Police said witnesses reported the details of a black Ford Ranger after it entered the playing field on Granada Street at about 9 a.m. Officers later located the vehicle at an address in nearby Manly. An 18-year-old man has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and wilful damage to property. He was issued a notice to appear at Wynnum Magistrates Court on September 26.
