A 28-year-old man has died after a vehicle rolled down an embankment and onto a railway line at Kulangoor on the Sunshine Coast on May 15, Queensland Police said. The crash caused significant disruptions to the rail network. Initial inquiries indicate the grey Holden Commodore was travelling south on Nambour Connection Road when it left the roadway. The Pelican Waters man was the sole occupant and was declared dead at the scene. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating. Police are seeking dashcam footage or other information from witnesses, who should quote reference number QP2600926019 when contacting Policelink or Crime Stoppers.
