Samsung Personalizes Shared Classroom Displays

Samsung has introduced a video highlighting its Account Management Solution (AMS), a platform designed to give teachers personalized and secure workspaces on shared Samsung Interactive Displays. The system allows educators to access files, applications and preferred settings across compatible classroom displays.

Teachers can sign in using a QR code or, where supported, an NFC-enabled identification card. Their cloud-connected profiles can load lesson materials, wallpapers, bookmarks and app shortcuts without requiring repeated password entry. Samsung said the system also provides single sign-on access to its AI Assistant app, including previously generated lesson summaries.

The solution is paired with Samsung Education Portal, which enables school IT teams to manage teacher accounts, enroll displays and organize devices by school, building or classroom. The portal also supports emergency alerts through compatible notification platforms, including InformaCast and Raptor, allowing messages to be displayed on selected screens.

Samsung said AMS is intended to help teachers move between classrooms while maintaining a consistent work environment and keeping personal content protected. The features are available only on compatible Android-based Samsung Interactive Displays, with availability varying by model and region.
