Samsung introduced new intelligent eyewear at Galaxy Unpacked in London, expanding its Galaxy ecosystem beyond smartphones with hands-free artificial intelligence features. Developed with Gentle Monster and Warby Parker, the eyewear is designed for daily use, including work, travel and communication. The devices feature lightweight, slim frames and are expected to provide up to nine hours of battery life on a single charge, with a charging case offering up to seven additional full charges. A built-in camera provides visual context for AI functions, while Qualcomm’s Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 platform supports processing, connectivity and power management. Built in partnership with Google, the eyewear integrates Gemini through the Android XR platform. Samsung said users will be able to summarize messages, read information aloud, translate conversations, capture notes from meetings and receive location-based guidance through voice or gesture controls. Other features include live visual sharing during calls and first-person video recording. Samsung unveiled separate frame designs from Gentle Monster and Warby Parker, with different shapes, colors and styling aimed at everyday wear. The company said the designs were refined with the partners to improve fit, comfort and durability. Feature availability may vary by region, language, network, compatible devices and applicable privacy laws. Post navigation Samsung Unveils Three New Foldables Samsung Unveils Smarter Galaxy Watches
