Authorities are piecing together details of a collision involving a white Toyota Hiace van and a silver Isuzu MU-X, which resulted in significant injuries. According to initial reports, the incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. along Logan Road. Both vehicles were heading south when they collided. Following the collision, the Toyota allegedly struck a passenger from the Isuzu, who had exited the vehicle, and then fled the scene. The 33-year-old victim sustained a major hip injury and was later stabilized at a local hospital. The driver of the Toyota has since cooperated with the police after reporting to Springwood Police Station.
