Described as having a tanned complexion, solid build, and standing between 180 to 190cm tall, the suspect sports a small patch-style beard and a short mullet haircut. He was last seen carrying a dark blue shoulder strap bag. Authorities are appealing to anyone who might have seen the suspect or has any relevant video evidence, such as dashcam or CCTV footage, to come forward.
