Hurricane Simon, a category 4 storm with maximum sustained winds of 155 mph, is located approximately 60 miles southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, and is moving north at 5 mph. The National Hurricane Center has issued a Hurricane Warning for areas from Punta San Telmo to El Roblito as conditions are expected to deteriorate early today.
