Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy marked National Flag Day on Aug. 23 with a ceremony to raise the blue-and-yellow flag at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War Memorial Complex in Kyiv. The event was attended by senior Ukrainian officials, diplomats and leaders from Lithuania, Finland, Denmark, Latvia, Norway and Estonia.
