A 19-year-old Westwood man has been charged with 18 offences following investigations into alleged property and traffic offences across Rockhampton, Gracemere and Westwood between January and July. Queensland Police allege the man was involved in multiple property and traffic-related incidents. Police also issued him traffic infringement notices totalling $5,218. During a search warrant on July 11, officers allegedly found a small quantity of dangerous drugs and drug-related utensils. Police further allege the man unlawfully entered a community hall on the Capricorn Highway in Westwood later that day and stole several items. The man was arrested on July 12 and charged with offences including stealing, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing suspected stolen property, entering premises and committing an offence, breaching a domestic violence order, and possessing drug utensils, along with six traffic-related offences.
