Greenbank witnessed a fatal accident resulting in the death of a 64-year-old man from Shailer Park. The incident, involving a collision between a Toyota Corolla and a Harley Davidson, occurred at the intersection of Crowson Lane and Greenbank Road around 12:40 PM, July 12.

Authorities were alerted and responded promptly to the scene where the motorbike rider was found critically injured. Despite immediate first-aid efforts by emergency services, the man was pronounced dead at the location. The 29-year-old driver of the Toyota from North Maclean sustained minor injuries and was transported to Logan Central Hospital.
