The summit, characterized by the participation of over 40 international figures, was co-chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine expressed gratitude towards the global community for their steadfast support and collaborative efforts to enhance the region’s security. He emphasized the principle that security decisions should inclusively involve the nations they affect, a stance upheld in Geneva and beyond. The assembly highlighted the development of strategic frameworks aimed at bolstering Ukraine’s capacity to progress collaboratively with allies including the United States and European nations.
