According to initial investigations, a silver Toyota Corolla, driven by a 49-year-old woman from Upper Brookfield, collided with an e-scooter operated by an 18-year-old man from Norman Park. While the car’s driver was unharmed, the young man on the e-scooter sustained serious injuries and was promptly taken to the hospital.

Authorities are urging anyone who might have captured the incident on CCTV or dashcam between 5:15 PM and 5:45 PM to step forward.
