Queensland Police are calling for public assistance in apprehending a suspect linked to multiple fuel theft incidents in Toowoomba over the last year and a half. The suspect, driving a distinctive white Holden Colorado, has committed fuel drive-offs at various local service stations on nine different occasions.

The string of thefts began on May 1, 2024, with the latest incident reported on October 19, 2025. The targeted locations include service stations on Anzac Avenue in Drayton, on Main Street in Westbrook, and on Drayton Road in Harristown. Each time, the suspect filled the vehicle and occasionally a jerry can, then left without paying.

Authorities have described the suspect as a Caucasian male in his early 30s, of average build, with brown hair. He has been using false or stolen number plates, including ET11, TLT1, 585EZA, 430RXP, and 506YAJ, complicating efforts to track him down. The public is urged to report any sightings or information related to the vehicle or suspect to the police.

The police have provided several contact options for tips, including Policelink and Crime Stoppers, urging anyone with information to come forward. Such community cooperation is crucial in preventing further incidents and ensuring the suspect is apprehended swiftly.
