Ukraine Bolsters Defense with France

In a significant development on November 17, 2025, during a joint press conference, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and French President Emmanuel Macron announced a strategic defense agreement aimed at enhancing Ukraine’s military capabilities amid ongoing conflicts.
