A tragic traffic accident in Greenbank has resulted in the death of a 31-year-old man. The incident occurred on August 16, just before 10pm, when a Volkswagen Amarok rolled over on New Beith Road. Emergency services arrived swiftly at the scene, where they found the driver critically injured. Despite their efforts, the New Beith resident succumbed to his injuries. Two passengers, aged 36 and 35, sustained minor injuries and were transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment. The Queensland Police Service’s Forensic Crash Unit has commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
