In a late-night disturbance on August 11, Queensland police apprehended a 17-year-old male in Noosa Heads, accused of causing fear with a weapon. The incident occurred at a business on Sunshine Beach Road, where reports indicated a confrontation between two males, one allegedly armed with a knife. Upon arrival, officers detained the armed individual after a brief attempt to evade capture. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident. The teenager faces charges, including going armed to cause fear, unlawful possession of suspected stolen property, and obstructing police.
