Police Seek Help in Robbery Case

In an effort to solve a robbery that occurred in Fortitude Valley earlier this year, Queensland Police have released images of a woman who may be able to assist with their investigation. The incident took place around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025, when two women were approached by another woman while walking along Brunswick Street.

According to police reports, the assailant allegedly assaulted one of the women and stole her handbag before fleeing toward the nearby mall. The victim, aged 24, sustained minor injuries and received medical treatment shortly after the incident.
