Ingham, Queensland – A fatal incident occurred last night when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Trebonne Road. The accident happened around 10:50 PM, when emergency services responded to reports of a pedestrian being hit by a white Toyota Hilux.

The victim, identified as a 54-year-old man from Rowes Bay, tragically died at the scene. The driver of the vehicle, a 36-year-old man from Bemerside, and a 22-year-old passenger from Aitkenvale, were uninjured in the incident.

The Queensland Police Service’s Forensic Crash Unit is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. Authorities are urging anyone who witnessed the event or possesses dashcam or CCTV footage from the vicinity at the time of the incident to come forward.
