In a recent development, Queensland Police have charged a 15-year-old boy in connection with a serious traffic crash in Garbutt involving a stolen Toyota Hilux. The incident occurred on July 14, when the teenager allegedly fled the scene after the crash.

Police investigations led to the boy’s arrest on July 29 in Garbutt. He faces multiple charges, including four counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, two counts each of entering premises with intent and unlicensed driving. Additional charges include burglary, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and wearing a mask with intent to commit an indictable offence.
